There are a few tools you’ll need to do this job right. First, you’ll need some basic hand tools like screwdrivers and pliers and two jack stands or ramps for supporting the vehicle on one side while you remove whatever is blocking access to the plug. The key tool, though, will be a socket wrench set with various sockets plus extensions for getting at those hard-to-reach bolts (most sets come with hex keys too).
